We create our own black bean burger mix with gluten-free oats, crunchy walnuts, and a whole lot of other goodness. We then grill our hand shaped bean patties with minimal oil. We then top the patty on a bed of baked(!) Mexican-style brown rice, alongside a generous portion of fresh seasonal vegetables. A side of our signature spicy garlic tahini brings all the wonderful flavours together.
This healthy Bean Burger meal is vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free, and contains walnuts, soy and sesame.
