We roast seasonal vegetables tossed in our house special nacho seasoning mix. Separately, we roast sweet potatoes and make BBQ chickpeas from scratch. We then top our special sweet kale mix with these vegetables, chickpeas and crispy organic, non-GMO tofu. Sides of our house special vegan ranch and vegan garlic tahini dressings complete this low-carb, low-oil, healthy vegan bowl.
This Buddha Bowl is low-carb and is made with less oil. It is vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free, and contains cashews, soy, and sesame.
