How it works: Choose any 5 meals from the delicious specialist options available this week. All meals are compatible with at least one of the dietary frameworks below. Many qualify for all three.
This plan is designed for:
High protein: Every meal contains 32–42g of protein per serving to support muscle maintenance and satiety.
Diabetic-friendly: Low-glycemic ingredients, controlled carbohydrate portions. Developed with blood sugar stability in mind.
Heart-healthy: Minimally processed, made with premium fresh ingredients, loaded with dietary fibre, and no heavy sauces.

Ingredients & allergens: Meals contain chicken, eggs and/or plant-based proteins. May contain gluten (tabbouleh, bulgur), eggs, dairy (tzatziki, feta), mustard, soy (tofu, tamari) and sesame. Please check individual meals for allergens. No pork, beef, fish or shellfish.
